The DVD features over 2 hours of genuine B-Boy instruction, teaching the fundamentals of B-Boying and, most importantly, the relationship of the moves to the beat. Instructed by the legendary B-Boy Focus and world renowned drummer Ed Clery, the classes bring you the foundations required to start you on your path to being a well rounded BBoy.
